We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
✅ General Return Conditions
- All product sizes are mentioned in the product details. Kindly check measurements before ordering. Returns due to size issues are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With tags intact and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are requested to bear Rs. 120 as return shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Products must be returned to:
B-774, Sector-1, Avnatika, Rohini, Delhi-110085.
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims
Please record a clear unboxing video (360° view) in good lighting when opening your package. This is required to process any claims for:
- Damaged items
- Missing products
Without this video, damage claims will not be accepted.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Minor color or design variations from product images are not considered defects.
- If the item is unavailable for exchange, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued instead.
💸 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–6 business days.
🕒 Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card company – it may take some time to reflect
