Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

General Return Conditions

  • All product sizes are mentioned in the product details. Kindly check measurements before ordering. Returns due to size issues are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Return and refund only in two conditions -
    • Damaged
    • Wrong product
  • A return request raise time
    •  must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return item must be in -
    • Unused and unworn 
    • In original packaging
    • With tags intact and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are requested to bear Rs. 250 as return shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • Products must be returned to:
    D-15/29, SECTOR- 3, Rohini, Delhi-110085.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

Please record a clear unboxing video (360° view) in good lighting when opening your package. This is required to process any claims for:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing products

 Without this video, damage claims will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Minor color or design variations from product images are not considered defects.
  • If the item is unavailable for exchange, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued instead.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–6 business days.

💸 Refund for Prepaid order in case of Cancellation - 

  • If the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped , a cancellation fee of 140 rupees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • If the customer cancels the order before it has been shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the full amount will be refunded.

🕒 Delayed or Missing Refunds

       If you haven’t received your refund:  

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card company – it may take some time to reflect

⚠️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
